Galvanised Gutter

Optional MagiZinc Coating for Enhanced Performance
For projects requiring increased durability, folded gutters can also be supplied in MagiZinc-coated steel. This advanced coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in aggressive or high-moisture environments such as agricultural or coastal applications.
By offering MagiZinc as an option, customers can tailor their gutter system to achieve the ideal balance of performance, longevity, and cost for their specific environment.

Designed for performance in demanding environments, these gutters combine robust material options with precision folding technology to create reliable rainwater solutions tailored to each project.
Our galvanised folded gutters can be manufactured from 0.7mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm or 2.0mm, Z725 galvanised steel, with Magnelis material also available where enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life are required.
This range of material thicknesses allows the system to be specified according to structural demands, span requirements, and environmental exposure.
Standard Lengths
To minimise site joints and improve installation efficiency, standard gutter lengths are manufactured at 6.200m, with extended lengths available up to a maximum of 8.000m. Longer sections help reduce potential leak points while improving overall installation speed and alignment.
Stopends
Prefabricated stopends are available to suit the selected connection method, with 140 mm and 340 mm being the standard sizes. All stopends are factory produced to ensure accuracy and consistency, and can be supplied with pre-welded outlets where required. This allows gutters to arrive on site ready to accept downpipes, removing the need for on-site cutting and reducing installation time.
Connections
Tapered joints are supplied as standard, simplifying the fitting process and reducing the number of bolts required during installation. The tapered design promotes accurate alignment and helps maintain smooth water flow along the gutter run.
Where project conditions demand additional structural reinforcement or flexibility, internal and external butt straps are also available. Butt strap connections are commonly specified where:
- Increased joint strength is required on long gutter runs or high-capacity systems.
- Thermal movement allowance is needed between sections.
- replacement or extension of existing gutters must be achieved without disturbing surrounding components.
- Installation access restricts the use of tapered joints.
