Sheet to Light Section

Sheet to light section screws are self-drilling fixings developed for attaching roofing and cladding sheets to light gauge purlins, rails and secondary steel framing. Suitable for steel thicknesses from 1.2mm to 3.5mm, they feature a #2 drill point and fully threaded shank, available in lengths from 25mm to 100mm. This design allows them to drill and tap in one operation, providing rapid installation with excellent pull-out resistance and shear performance. They can be supplied with or without bonded washers depending on whether weather sealing is required at the fixing point and ensure precise sheet alignment on lighter support members commonly used in roofing and cladding frameworks.
