Job Description

You will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products to specification, carrying out routine checks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely. Accurate recording of production data, reporting of faults, and working closely with the production team to meet deadlines will be part of your daily tasks. You’ll also assist with loading and unloading materials, keeping your work area clean and organised, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You’ll be responsible for adhering to all site health and safety regulations and following standard operating procedures at all times. Ensuring quality is key, providing the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to as per TPP policies and procedures
  • Set up & Operate metal forming machinery
  • Prepare and pack finished product to high standard
  • Maintain excellent quality standards of finished product
  • Inspect and maintain the company’s equipment
  • Provide cover for absent colleagues on other equipment
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

  • Holiday: Our holiday calendar runs run from January to December and we offer 23 days plus national bank holidays, which is calculated pro rata if employment commences part way through the year. Some days have to be taken as holiday at Christmas when the factory is shut.

Working Hours

Week 1 – Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 (40 hours per week)

Week 2 – Monday – Thursday 13.45-23.45 (40 hours per week)
