We offer both weld-on and bolt-on cleats, providing flexibility to suit fabrication preferences and site requirements. Each cleat is manufactured from 5 mm thick steel, ensuring strength and durability across a wide variety of structural applications.

Cleat Options

Standard Weld-On and Bolt-On Cleats

Available to suit all main section series, these cleats provide a simple and effective connection between structural members, allowing purlins, rails, and accessories to be fixed securely to the primary frame.

Reinforced Cleats – Sigma Range

For applications involving Sigma sections, reinforced cleat options are available to accommodate the increased depth and loading demands typically associated with this profile. These cleats provide additional strength where higher structural performance is required.

Inset Cleats

Inset cleats are available in both welded and bolted variations for Z and C sections, allowing sections to sit closer to the supporting structure for improved alignment or to achieve specific detailing requirements. For Sigma sections, dedicated T-shape inset cleats are supplied, ensuring correct fitment while maintaining structural efficiency.
