Our customer acquired a long-abandoned brownfield site with a clear objective: to bring it back into productive use and create a new commercial hub for the area. The site was fully cleared, remediated, and redeveloped from the ground up using in-house resources. The result is Upper Teme Business Park – home to 23 newly built light industrial units.
Working closely with our customer, we supplied composite panels and structural steelwork to deliver 23 industrial units in Phase 1, creating high performance spaces with outstanding thermal efficiency and achieving A+ energy ratings. Finished in Goosewing Grey for a clean, professional appearance, the development was fully occupied ahead of schedule and now supports local economic growth and regeneration.
